System Requirements

1. Any AMIP (see next point) compatible media player:
   Winamp 2/5, Winamp 3, Apollo, MediaMonkey, foobar2000, Quintessential Player, iTunes, AIMP or The KMPlayer
2. AMIP 2.63 or later (Advanced mIRC Integration Plug-In) = Interface between the media player and mIRC
3. mIRC 6.16 or later; previous versions can work, too, but weren't tested
4. NNScript 3.8 or later, if you want to use the balloon tips feature and version 4.0 for the tool- and statusbar integration features

Installation

1. Extract the content of the zip file (normally named mp3ad+.zip) into your mIRC directory (e.g. "C:/program files/mirc/")!
   (You can extract the files wherever you want, you just have to fit the load alias to the new directory.)
2. Install AMIP for the media player you use, if you didn't do that before!
3. Run mIRC, if it wasn't started before, and load the script by typing /load -rs mp3ad+/mp3ad+.mrc in the status window!
4. In a perhaps appearing "Script Warning" dialog, asking you, if you want to run initialization commands, you should click 'Yes'!
5. Open the mp3ad+ setup dialog by typing /mp3+ and at least add your media player to the list!
   (This will overwrite some AMIP settings, so back them up first, if you don't want to lose them!)
6. Use it and be happy! :-)

Update (for mp3ad+ 2.0 or newer)

1. Keep your old version loaded
2. Close mIRC
3. Start the installation as described above
4. You'll be asked to take over your themes (presets) and your applications (media players), if necessary
